Relieving Stress through Dancing

 Stress is the worst enemy and we need to recognize and manage it as soon as we feel it. Here are some reason why dancing relieves stress: 1. Dancing like any other physical activities releases the neurotransmitter, endorphins (also called happy hormones) which serve to reduce stress and cause our bodies to feel calm, happy and optimistic. 2. Dancing is an ideal way to help relieve stress while stretching and flexing all your tired, cramped or neglected muscles and joints. 5. Better coordination, agility and flexibility. 6. Body movements improves your moods and mental focus. 7. It gives us enjoyment and satisfaction to ourselves. 8. Dancing is enjoyable exercise. 9. It improves the condition of our heart and lungs. 10. Increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.
